review 1: اگر چے یی کتاب ١٩٨١ میں پہلی بار چھپی اور میں اسکا ٣١واں ایڈیشن پڑھ رہا ہوں پر میں یہ محسو س کرہا ہوں ک یہ اسی دور ٢٠١٤ کی لے ہی لکھی گئی ہو آپا با نو قدسیہ نے اس کتاب میں اس کامل سے رنگ بھرے ہیں کہ پڑھنے والا دنگ رہ جاتا ہے اس میں چھو تے بچے سے لیکر بورھے آدمی تک کی زندگی کو بہت خوبصورتی سے بیان کیا گیا ہے اس میں سائنس سے لیکر تصوف تک انسان کیا ہے اور کیا ہونا چاہیے کو بہت عمدہ انداز میں سمجھا یا گیا ہے اس میں منطقی باتین بھی ہیں... more اور سادہ راستے بھی ہیں کہنے کو تو یہ ناول ہے پر اس میں تقریبن انسان اور زندگی سے وابستہ سب کچہ ہے
review 2: Bano Qudsiyah is well know great writer and Raja Ghidh is her greatest contribution in urdu Literature. The book led me to 'من چلے کا سودا' and then to 'zavia'.Raja Ghidh is different due to it's unique style and subject matter. Bano Qudsiyah puts forward the theory of genetic mutation in relation to the Islamic concept of 'Halal o Haram' and it's implications in today's world.The novel itself is an allegorical representation of vultures' kingdom where the metaphor 'vulture ' feeds and relies on 'the dead' which encompasses the trespassing of ethical values in a society, resulting into disorders of both mind and body in forthcoming generations. less
