review 1: I loved this picture book. Had to translate in my 4.6 YO's understanding english.I didn't want to turn to the last page, slowly I peeped in and thought in a different way after looking at both tge characters. I didn't want to break my daughter's heart. We decided to bravely face it and it was worth it.Not every pair is perfect, living with the differences is a wonderful life indeed.A must have book.
review 2: Berkeley Breathed brings his sense of wonder and love of random strangeness to children's books. This book is a bit odd but is also sweet and might make you tear up a bit. I'm not really sure if it is a book kids will dig, but I liked it. Pete is a bit of a square and Pickles is a free spirit.
