review 1: was prepeared to not like it at all because i don't like bethenny frankel BUT was pleasantly surprised. i think she did lift much of the story from her own life (reality shows, inventing drinks, selling the drinks etc.) but over all itwas entertaining. the one thing i didn't enjoy was the constant harpign on how 'SKINNY" the main character was (or wasn't) throughout the story. i know it was set in hollywood/l.a. but really, does teh world really need MORE skinny girls?
review 2: I cannot say why, but I have always been a huge Bethenny Frankel fan. Her wit, humor and ever present sarcasm keep me constantly entertained and coming back for more. Skinnydipping is her first attempt at fiction and I think she definitely gets an "A" for effort and entertainment. For t
... morehose that know a little about Bethenny in real life, you will definitely spot the similarities with the "fictional characters and events" and will constantly wonder just how fictional some of these events and characters are because they mirror the real Bethenny’s life so much. This is what I call easy, breezy reading. No real substance, but definitely fun. less
