review 1: I discovered Wishbone on BookBub. The description caught my interest right away, and I knew I had to read this book. Wishbone is an excitingly original horror/thriller filled with twists and surprises but without the graphic gore that I don't enjoy. I was riveted from the very first page. The story is very well written with not one wasted word. Everything that is introduced ties perfectly into the plot. I was on pins and needles up to the very last page. The story played out like a movie in my head thanks to the incredible writing of Brooklyn Hudson. All her characters are vivid and real, but my favorite was heartthrob Julien. I could hear his French accent all through the book. I can't wait for the sequel and more from this talented author.
review 2: I hadn't ... moreheard of Brooklyn Hudson before I read this book but I am so glad I know of her now. This book was absolutely enthralling. I could barely put it down and have recommended it to everyone I know. It's exciting, thrilling and full of surprises you may not see coming. I loved the characters and honestly I did not want it to end. It's one of those books you want to just keep going and going even though you can't wait to see what happens next. I highly recommend this book to anyone that loves something unique and fresh. less
