review 1: What a fun little novella. I loved the premise of the story--she likes a guy so decides to make him jealous so he will notice her. I liked the humor and tension between the two main characters. I didn't like that the author had to throw in a couple of sentences in a scene that got made it too hot for me to recommend this story to most of my friends.language: clean, heat level: medium (although 95% of the story is mild!)
review 2: This was a very cute, and sweet, short story.I rather like how authors are posting these shorts for free or .99 so that we can see their writing style. This works with this author as I intend to get more of her words via her novel length stories. In fact, the one teased at the end of this one is downloading even as I write this! It'... mores A GARDEN FOLLY and looks to be very cute. Lydia wants to capture Geoffrey's attention. Her brother and one of his friends say that jealousy is the way to a man's heart. They create a scheme to make Geoffrey notice her.Lydia is shocked when GEOFFREY shows up to help her out. Yes, very enjoyable, and it was free for a time. less
