review 1: I absolutely loved this book! Great pacing throughout, wonderful chemistry between Alexa and Connor -- I found it hard to quit reading! I loved Connor's character, and his nickname as the Irish Wolfhound. I never would have considered a dog like that to be dangerous or sexy, but he sure came across as wonderfully sensual. I also enjoyed Alexa and her 'country' side. She made for a very likable character and was the perfect match for our stubborn and gruff hero. I loved how their attraction slowly turned into love. It made for a more believable romance and one I enjoyed immensely! I can't wait to read about Gryff and Cameron :)
review 2: First in the Lords of Midnight Series. Steamier than I expected, with a hero & heroine who were both determined to ignore eac... moreh other (which of course, is impossible), and a plot twist only they didn't see coming. Even with that though, it was entertaining, and the characters were strongly written... I'll definitely pick up the next in the series (Too Tempting To Resist), to see the next Lord of Midnight meet his match. less
