review 1: Caroline Paul's beloved cat Tibia disappears. Weeks later, Tibia waltzed back into their lives. Where had their sweet anxious cat disappeared to? Had he become a swashbuckling cat adventurer? His owners were determined to find out. Using GPS technology, cat cameras, psychics, the web, and animal communicators, the authors try to discover what their cat did when they weren't around. An interesting and amusing book, but no great.
review 2: This book is hysterical. I started it last night and then finished it this morning before I came to work. It's short and has pictures, but still- I just couldn't put it down. I'm toying with the idea of picking this for book club next time it's my turn to host ... Fun read about an owner's desperate search to figure out whe... morere her missing cat went while she was missing, but also could lead to some deeper questions that she sort of outlines near the end about the use of technology, attachment to pets, etc. Just loved it. less
