review 1: Boo! This series just rubbed me the wrong way. These very short stories should have been combined to make one novel. Everything is so rushed! There is no character development. When I had begun to have hope for this last installment, I was sorely disappointed. The nanny dilemma was a great twist, but since this was such a short story, I received no details about the situation or had any closure. I'm very glad that this was free on Amazon or else I would have deeply regretted paying for this.
review 2: Luke is my favorite of Cassia Leo's characters. I could read more and more about him. He is so sweet, but yet alpha male. This book gave me my only taste of distrust in him. However briefly Cassia made me doubt him. So sad I ever doubted him. This was a great fina... morel novella to an amazing story. Brina is such Lucky lady! Swoon worthy moment when he says to her. " Look me in the eye, I would never, ever betray you. You're not just my wife. You're the air I breathe and the fucking blood in my veins. I can't live without you. Do you understand me" I cried happy tears at this statement. So profound and powerful. You will love all of Luke, grab the series today. less
