review 1: Escaping Me (Shaft on Tour#1) By: Cat Mason ♡♡♡♡1/2 Must Read Series Wow! This is the first book I've read by Cat Mason and all I can say is WOW! If you loved Kellan Kyle (and really who doesn't) you will fall in love with Grayson Cole. He is everything you want in a rocker. Yes, he is deliciously gorgeous but he is also protective and swoon worthy. He is the bass player in the hot band called Shaft. He and his friends Adian and Hunter are hitting the road for the new tour. Coming along with th Jen is there manager Tad and Grayson brother Landon and his fiance Daisy. The pull to Daisy is immediate. Grayson has never needed to seek out a girl as he has had tons of groupies always willing. Yet, Daisy is different. Not only is she gorgeous, but she is OFF LIMITS. Th... moreis story truly has you hooked. Once you start reading the steam between Daisy and Gray is electric. Cat gives you heart palpitations with each scene Not only is there hot steamy sex, she has you laugh in as well. I finished this book and immediately one clicked book two and three. review 2: 1.5I see all these 4 & 5 star ratings, and I just wonder, "how"?Just...No.The smut scenes were meh. It felt like a little of everything was thrown in this book. There was a love triangle, a bit of dominance thrown in, sprinkled with a dash of m/m. Daisy was so wishy-washy I wanted to hit her. I didn't connect with any of the characters. They had no depth to any of them. The nicknames... ugh... Sex and Sin? Cunter? Really?! So stupid.No, I will not be reading the rest of this series. less
