review 1: From the front cover of this it's easy to presume it's just a little girly book about nothing of importance. To some extents this is true; there are dilemmas about clothes and the usual boy drama. However,Cathy Hopkins sort of makes you get really involved with the boy drama, and deciding who is right. But, other than this, there are issues arisen that you wouldn't expect from the average book aimed at teenage girls. Things such as losing things close to you and dealing with not being liked and being the one that not many people are itching to talk to. I would really recommend it for any girl in their early teens. A truly great book!
review 2: Vím, že je to kniha určena spíš pro mladší čtenářky, ale já mám knihy od Cathy Hopkins ráda, takže jsem s... morei ji chtěla přečíst. Neřeší se v nich jako v podobných knihách svého druhu jen to, jak dostat nějakého kluka, ale vždy to má zajímavý příběh... Uznávám, místy jsem se trochu nudila. Ale bylo tam několik skvělých hlášek, u kterých jsem se hodně zasmála i smutné chvíle a momenty k zamyšlení. Taková odpočinková, ale přesto dobrá knížka. less
