review 1: All I can do is cry.... the end stabbed me by surprise! I love this book... this story! Beautifully written!The two characters were made for each other... Alejandro Cruz: loving, very protective, and strong hearted with a killer, sex appeal; and Cassie Bennett: beautiful from the inside and out, but stubborn statue. These two had me going from the start. Alex's personality had me coming back for more - with his dirty talks and lip licking teases - while Cassie's sexiness have you knowing why Alex just couldn't keep his hands or more like his marine brother down south to himself. Their love for each other stood proud and strong; their love making were intense and throbbing....making it so damn hard to put the book down! And may I add... they were making love like "gorill... moreas". I just love the incorporation of songs that comes to play in this story. It made the scenes much more imaginable. Overall, this is a MUST READ! If you were placed in this type of situation, what would you do? I asked my husband's opinion and I couldn't agree more - Love in secrecy. It may be hard, but if your love is strong for each other and have like minds, anything that comes in your way, you are able to overcome it. Love is a very powerful thing, though I think that powerful is an understatement for these two characters, Sergeant Alejandro Cruz and Private First Class Cassie Bennett.That is all... off to read the second book, "Compromising."
review 2: Fraternizing by C.C. Brown was a forbidden love story, with HOT Marines and amazing sex. You ereader may just combust. Sgt. Alex Cruz is an instructor at the Marine Corps base and the Marine Corps is his live. He has recently been promoted and has always believed in leaving by the rules and regulations of the Marine Corps. Pfc. Cassie Bennett has recently finished boot camp and is now in comm. school. She joined the Marine Corps to prove to her mom she was worth something. Her home life was not the easiest growing up and this is her chance to do something with it. Sgt. Cruz was out celebrating for his promotion when meets and girls that changing everything for him. Having to leave the bar in a hurry he is un able to get her name and on Monday when they meet the new recruits is when he figures out it is Pfc. Bennett. This changes everything he is aware of the fraternizing policy and goes into a panic. He lets her know things cant happen and that he is her superior and he didn't know she was a Marine.What Alex and Cassie didn't except is this connection they would have, this magnet pull that just couldn't keep them away. There fraternizing seem to be jeopardizing everything and everyone around them. What will Sgt. Cruz and Pfc. Bennett choice to do. Will they jeopardize there carrier for this magnet pull or can Cruz allow Bennett to walk away after school is aver in six week's.There are some un answered question at the end so I am excited to know there story is not complete. I couldn't connect with all the characters but I enjoy Dalton and Riley they were both loyal to Cruz and Bennett. If your looking for a HOT Military read, pick this one up.I received an arc an exchanged for an honest review. less
