review 1: This book was a mixture of emotions. It made me laugh, it made me cry, it made me angry, it made me sad. It was such a bittersweet book. And I loved every bit of it! I liked Cecelia's writing. It was light but it still touched the reader's heart. It was capturing and she described things really.... perfectly. I'm definitely looking forward to reading more of this author's work (this was the first book I read by Cecelia). As a debut novel this was pretty amazing.The plot and the story were great. It was unique and I liked how it wasn't totally revolved around Holly getting a new guy. It was more about Gerry helping Holly move on with her life. It showed that true love never dies and Gerry did love Holly very much! I just wish that there was a sequel to this book. I would li... moreke to know what happens to Holly afterwards.
review 2: Her books do something weird to my stone heart. I read a Cecelia Ahern book and I smile, cry and get incredibly fuzzy heart jumping leaps in my stomach. Another gorgeous book, and in all honesty books such as these give you hope. Hope and faith that you know life will not always be bad and love is everywhere if you think about it. Read, because goodness knows it will cheer you the hell up or lift you even higher. xx less
