review 1: I liked everything about this book except the ending. I loves Christopher & Thomas, and even dorky little Phil. I loved the building attraction and secual tension between the two main characters. I loved Christopher's first intimate experience with another man. I was even looking forward to Thomas setting Jack straight (so to speak). What I can understand is the beauty of a cliffhanger, leaving the reader chomping at the bit to read rhe next one. What I can't stand is a free book that doesn't tell a complete story, offers no closure, no resolution, no climax, and really no ending. It feels like an extended tease that could be found on a book jacket cover. Now the only way to read the next chapter in this book (because that's what it really is, to be fair) is to pay for an a... morectual complete story. It's hard to be frustrated and ungrateful when gifted with a free read, but it's not really free, if you have to pay for an ending. I'm more upset about the time I wasted reading an extended prologue with a feeling of zero satisfaction at the end.Only For You is a series I bought in it's entirety as a bundle. I'm willing to put aside my frustration and begin this series with a clean slate, even optimistically. Wth the good reviews of this series,I'm sure I'll be rid of this initial frustration. If I really like it, I may even pay for the next book in the Frat rush series, hopefully without too much petulance...
review 2: Nice, lite, enjoyable fluff about a guy's first time and his first week of college. It was thoroughly enjoyable even if it was a bit too good to be true in spots. I liked the characters and I liked a number of the story developments and details. I especially liked the bit about "nothing seemed quite as intimate as holding hands while you climax." It was a nice romantic detail that I'd not seen before. That said... this author could use an editor. The typos were a bit annoying. Also, I've never been a part of the Greek system but some of the details of Rush week just seemed "wrong" somehow. less

The ending was a killer. It's the only reason for the two stars and not four

A light, fun piece of fluff.
