review 1: took a while to finish because I kept reading it in Chris Hardwick's game show voice and I needed frequent breaks. The information was definitely of value, and the whole dnd sheet really stuck with me, and it's helped me to break down my projects into doable little portions as opposed to stare at it and in then end abandon it because I didn't know how to start. Low rating becuase I certainly didn't like reading it- but it was useful, I'll give it that :)

... more more.It's basically a guide to using your nerdy obsessive talents to guide you in the direction of a better self and career. Some of it is pretty obvious, but I actually found myself nodding along in agreement several times to his pearls of wisdom. I may have enjoyed it because it has come at a time in my life when I'm not sure how to take the next step. But for anyone who wants a funny, insightful nudge in the right direction, this was a truly fantastic read. I actually plan to get the paperback so I can do some of the "character exercises" throughout the book. less
