review 1: 10 steps we can all apply to our lives to help the children around us be happier! I enjoyed the simple steps she taught in this book. Each of us get so busy with day to day duties that we look over the simple things we can be adding to make our lives happier and the people around us happier. One thing she wanted as a "take away" from this book is that we need to just be where we are and observe what is actually happening around us! With today's busyness we just need to see around us!

... morep! Parenting can be a lot of pressure, but I do feel with simple things in mind, one can raise happy (and healthy) children and manage to not get stressed out in the process! How simple this is, I will find out in the coming years, but I am happy that whatever "ideas" I had about raising kids more or less tallies with the stuff in this book (also, backed by lot of research). I am sure I will re-visit this book in the coming years to remind myself of all the happiness habits (which, truth be told do get lost if one is not careful and mindful) less
