review 1: Forevermore is a really good book for girls that are into romantic types of books. Forevermore is about A girl named Ivy who is the main character in the book moves to a new town with her mom and he new step father. Ivy starts to get little messages from a ghost who lives in the castle that she lives in now. Logan is the most handsome ghost that roams/haunts around the castle halls and which is telling Ivy to leave the castle because it is not safe for her to be there and which is trying to scare her off. Odd things start to happen later on and Logan is keeping her safe, and she ends up falling for him. I thought this book was a good book to read because it was really intriguing because when you are done reading a chapter you just want to continue on reading farther on to ... moresee what will happen next. It also was also a really good book because of how the author wrote it for young teens.
review 2: Judging by the cover of this book, my initial reaction was : "This isn't my type of book."The first few pages didn't excite me as much as the middle part did.In my opinion, it had just the right amount of mystery but I feel as though the romance didn't have much of an impact on me.Some parts of the book were quite vague like a particular part where Ivy calls Logan her "boyfriend" which wasn't confirmed in the book at all.I understand that Ivy has confeased her feelings to Logan but that doesn't mean they're in a relationship.However, a facet that contributed positively to the book is 1.) It was short : which made it an easy-read and made the readers more interested.2.) The characters : which for me, were all well-written and distinct from one another. Each character had their own unique facet.In general, I felt as though it lacked something. I assume it's because the story revolves mostly on Ivy's mystery searching. I mean, Ivy also goes to school. And I felt like I wanted to read more about her school life.But all in all, it was a good book. Well-written and an easy read. less
