review 1: I love cats, and I won't ever apologize for it. We've always had a cat in my family, since the day I was born, and I've always felt a kinship with and a connection to them. As a result, it's really not a surprise that I love all the awesome attention cats get on the Internet! I've loved the Pusheen blog ever since my boyfriend showed it to me. It's so whimsical and adorable that it's hard not to fall in love with it! Not to mention the fact that Pusheen looks like my cat Ariel :-) This little book is a gem, and it will bring you smiles for many days to come. Although it's really just a collection of pictures, it's hard to resist them, and I've found myself revisiting the book many times since I've bought it. It never fails to brighten my day.
review 2: I think ... morethis cat is adorable, and in this simple book he does simple and adorable things. I do like that you learn where the name comes from--it's an Irish pronunciation spelled like it sounds for the real Irish word for cat, which most people wouldn't be able to pronounce by looking at it. However, it's a cute flip book, maybe a stocking stuff for little girls or pre-teens or people seriously obsessed with cats. It was cutely drawn, but, there could've been more things to learn, like we learn about the name. less
