review 1: Solid 4 stars. There's not a clear plot line at the minute but I definitely want to read the next one to see how the story progresses. Also, I'm sad to say I spoiled the ending by accident for myself... I won't spoil it for you though. Just don't watch any clips from the anime series on YouTube because they are full of them!I love the detailed clothing and the outfits that Ririchiyo wears are so cute! ^_^
review 2: I watched the Inu x Boku SS anime first. I thoroughly enjoyed the series. I thought it was sweet with a good storyline. When I saw there were manga volumes as well, I began to read them earnestly. Even though the first volume was similar to the anime, it wasn't the same exact thing. The different elements of the manga is something that instantly had ... moreme hooked. I enjoyed the anime so much that I was looking forward to enjoying the story again, with different points. The introduction to the characters isn't as blatant as it is in the anime. You get to see the characters as they appear but you get know them as they interact with one another. The comedy is subtle and the humor can be dark at times. There is plenty of sexual innuendo as there are a couple of salacious characters, but overall it is a fun series. less
