review 1: This was an enjoyable contemporary romance. Crystal Bowling developed Jess and Riley's characters very well. They came across to me as "frenemies" who had grown up together because of being next door neighbors. Jess's best friend, Carla, is Riley's baby sister, so all three of them have a long history together. Carla is getting married and Jess is her maid of honor. Jess' self-criticsm and doubts could some times be annoying but it did help in her character development. This is their story and all of the chaos that ensues the week before the wedding. It was an entertaining vacation read.
review 2: It's been a while since I read this book but I do rememeber that I liked it. I don't have a lot of details but thought just because I couldn't get to a comp... moreuter to put the info in when finishing books at my grandmtohers it would be unfair to not rate any of hte books I read.The description of the boook: Wearing a Maid of Honor dress that very well may cause the South to want to rise again, Jess Reynolds is prepared to walk down the aisle at her best friend's wedding.
