review 1: A reviewer on Amazon wrote - "The description of this book on Amazon made it seem like it would be cute, but how is "being a pedophile" and "still giving blood even though he has AIDS" funny? Disgusting and distasteful" - I pretty much agree with that statement. Also, I'm not sure "being a jerk" is quite a strong enough phrase to describe the person who would do either of those things.I fully understand the complexities of comedy and appreciate that it certainly does not have to pander to any notion of taste or political correctness, but that only stands if the jokes are still funny, or if they get at a social paradox of some kind. Many in here do not do either of those things, in fact most of them are not even that clever. Most of the time the unicorn isn't "being a jerk"... more, he's being terrifyingly sociopathic and so the book fails by its own rules. I ended up thinking that the unicorn was in fact a representation of the author and that the book should be called 'C W Moss being a jerk'.
review 2: I'm not a prude and I can certainly see the humour in embarrassing, unfortunate, or coincidental situations. And in truth this book has some of that, but then you get to the; "Denying the holocaust, abusing his wife, microwaving a kitten, and the most disgusting, being a paedophile" comics. The real horror is that I stopped flicking through this book at this stage, abandoning all hope that this would make a humorous gift for my sister, due to the genuine fear that it might contain more disrespect.Despite the odd page that is genuinely funny I found this disgraceful book sickening in the most inhuman and disrespectful way. It almost seems the author tries to encourage you into thinking its alright to microwave a cat or hit your wife.I'd recommend watching a rom-com, even though their nauseating its better and funnier than losing time and money on this filth. less

Most of this amused me. I read it about where you'd expect me to have. So, someone else's bathroom.

Honestly, the blank page at the beginning was the funniest. 'The End' was the best.

A funny, fast read - but definitely a tad offensive at times.

Crosses the line a few times, but overall pretty hilarious.
