review 1: Amazing! It's not a light read, but it's worth it if you care about health. You'll learn how the human skeleton differs from those of our chimp ancestors; why soda gives you belly fat; how cavemen survived without orthodontists or dentists; why running barefoot is good for your joints, and much more. Exceptional writing allows Lieberman to make complex topic accessible. I am planning on buying this and keeping it as a reference.
