review 1: Gage and Anna meet at a grieving parents' group, get married, and want to adopt a child. Lily agrees to give her baby to them and it seems like the perfect arrangement. However things are not always what they seem! I don't usually like mysteries because everything speeds up so much at the conclusion....and I get confused! But I hung in there right to the end on this one. Great suspense and one surprise after another!
review 2: I don't usually guess the ending to suspense and mystery books in the first few chapters, but I did with this one. Rather slow for me, but an unexpected twist in the plot at the end that I did not see coming!
