review 1: I was really intrigued by the premise of this book, but I'm afraid the writing let it down badly. It felt like I was reading a first draft - it skipped between present and past tense, the spelling and grammar needed major attention, and even the plot didn't seem to know where it was going. I'd like to see a good editor take charge and turn this into something readable - I would definitely give it a second chance if that happened.
review 2: I was mostly lost throughout this book. I get that Liz was trying to discover herself. I just don't think I followed her journey that well. Liz’s attitude towards her coworkers, going off with complete strange boys and her behavior in general came across as weird and annoying . In the beginning I thought she was going to ge... moret murdered and come back as a ghost. That didn't happen though I feel like I missed the story or a big part of it. less
