review 1: The writing leaves something to be desired, since it really is hard figuring out who's saying what sometimes, but for all that, it's still a good story. There's something very close to insta-love, which usually irritates me, but the MCs are teenagers, who are well known for that sort of thing, so this time I was able to let it slide. And the ending's not an HEA but an HFN, which actually fits nicely. I probably would have given it a higher ranking if it'd been fleshed out a little more and had some editing, but for how long it is and for how much I paid for it (zilch), what I got wasn't bad at all.
review 2: This story is well described with the title, only while it sounds serious the book is everything but that. You would think Brody is one of those guys who
... more will hide his sexuality, but he's really not. He meets Linden, falls hard and everything else is clear in his book. Now if everyone else thought the same world would be a better place. Don't worry, everything works out by the end. I really liked this one, and every time he mentioned a percentage I was laughing my ass off. It's worth reading;) less
