review 1: I think 50/50 By Dean Karnazes is a very informational book. Dean thrives on running and loves to run marathons. It all starts when Dean and his friend set off on an adventure, Dean wants to run 50 marathons in 50 different states in 50 days. Dean runs on no sleep, or an injury, but he still manages to pull through. This book if filled with many good tips on what to do, and what not to do for people that love to run. If you're a runner, this books a must.
review 2: I have enjoyed every Dean Karnazes book I have read and this one is no exception. Dean is funny. He is also a crazy endurance athlete, you pretty much have to be to pull off something like this. 50 marathons in 50 days is crazy in and of itself but then throw in that it also needs to occur in all 50
... morestates and after each marathon he does a meet and greet with his fans makes it a logistical nightmare! I found the book very entertaining and expect to read it again in the future. less

running is interesting. Their are rules for it. You don't just put on the shoe and go, you have to have a plan. Now this guy life is really intriguing. All he does is run. Long and a lot. He went on this feat of running marathon after marathon for consecutive days and here he tells the story and gives general begging advise and other wise about running. I just couldn't keep my engagement level high. I thing I hit the wall or something......
