Evie possessed the devastating combination of wit and beauty…bla, bla, bla"After reading the description of Auntie Eve in the first chapter I was so disgusted I decided to stop reading the book on the spot.Is it fashionable having furs??? Is it fashionable to massacre animals to steal their skin and hair? Sorry, I don't wast one more second of my time in this book. I lasted less than two chapters.
review 2: I enjoyed this book very much. It was a wonderful story.....nothing in common with The Little Mermaid! The author is very descriptive of the characters and their personalities. I could picture myself watching each of them as if I were there with them. They were very realistic. T... morehe author has a great attention to detail. I loved this book so if you have never read a series about mermaids you should really start with this one. I couldn't put the book down. I liked it so much that I immediately bought the rest of the books in the series! less
