review 1: This book was a cross between I Am Number Four, Divergent, and Harry Potter. The main character spends most of the book trying to figure out if she really belongs in this crazy, amazing circus, only to find out that it isn't a circus at all, but a spaceship that may or may not be a living organism. It was clear by the end that the problems posed in this story will only be solved if there is a sequel or a series.
review 2: Trix is an orphan charity case at a boarding school. She just does not fit in. The night before an outing to see the Circus Galacticus her prized possession is almost stolen from her dorm room. She saves the item, but feels her life is about to change quite dramatically. She literally runs off and joins the circus. This is no ordinary c... moreircus. This one appears throughout the universe. The circus performers are divided into types of people, yet she does not appear to fit here either. The circus is chased by the group that tried to steal her prized item. A good story, with a few holes in it. less
