review 1: I have read this one many times. Mostly in winter time to put me in the Christmas mood. Very good book.(Edit: 12/29/13)I adore these short stories. I try to read it every year around Christmas. I just finished reading it again. I thought it would be appropriate for me to say in this review, these stories are heavily coated with religious aspects. I know some readers don't like to read stories with mentions of Christianity. With all that said, I still love this book as much as the first time I read it.
review 2: All four stories center around a quaint New England town of Snowbound Village. Several work at the Village Mall while the others just shop there, but all will visit the Christmas Collectible shop and each will find true love before the season is over. Ea
... morech story is faith-filled which I loved. My very favorite was the 3rd story, Stuck on You by Rhonda Gibson. It's about a children's book author who approaches an artist for the use of some of his art in her books. I got tickled because Sheila, the book author loves and collects Gingerbread men. How could I not relate to that?! I also really enjoyed The Cookie Jar by Janet Lee Barton and found myself wishing I could visit the cookie shop. Sweet, fun, and refreshing stories. An easy, feel good read, especially at the holidays. less

Four short stories for the romantic with a very Christian presence.

The first story wasn't very good but I enjoyed the other three.
