review 1: Continue to really like this series. I wish this one had been a bit longer - I would have loved to learn more about both these characters and gone deeper. After two years of a crush, Simon wants to move on but can't. Fortunately, Michael gets a wake-up call just in time to bring these two MC together...not without ups and downs but with understanding and determination to go after what they want...each other. I hope to see more in this series! Maybe Simon's brother??
review 2: I loved this book! I was really looking forward to Simon and Michael's story after reading the first two Firehouse Six books.I loved how, even with the age gap between the MCs, they were always on equal footing. One being strong when the other was having a weak moment.The sex was hot but d... moreidn't overpower the romance, which happens all too often in a lot of books I read. Being a romantic at heart, that is a big selling feature for me.I've loved all of Draven's books. She's an auto-buy for me.Can't wait for the next Firehouse Six book! less
