review 1: I remember, after reading this book, why I prefer non-fiction. This book was horribly written, lack of plot and character development, and the overall writing was....UGH! The only reason that I finished the book was because I hate leaving things unread. I can honestly say that I will not be reading anything by Elizabeth Kane Buzzelli again. Major disappointment, and an absolute waste of my time.
review 2: For a quick romp in the woods chasing a mystery, this fits the bill. This is #1 in a series of 4: Dead Floating Lovers (2); Dead Sleeping Shaman (3); Dead Dogs and Englishmen (4).I am not a mystery reader, so my rating has much to do about that. Yet, I will read anything Kane-Buzzelli writes because she is so well read and so enthusiastic about writing (h... moreers and others). I await what comes next after this series. less
