review 1: The first several pages were awful; I was sure I was in for a horrible lame wish fulfillment novel, but it got better very quickly and I was soon hooked. The author should really go through and heavily edit every time she mentions music; each time was a clunker, though the later ones were less clunky than the earlier ones. Aside from that, it is a very well told story that manages to avoid a great many traps that would have turned it into a completely unbelievable or just plain awful one. It's not a must read, but I would solidly recommend it.

... moreave to hide it from her? This book had a quite heartbreaking secret that made me wish that that did not happen so that everyone will be happy. Sadly, stories are not made to end that way, there will always be sacrifices and tears to be shed just like in this story.Overall, the book was very good and I recommend it to readers who like a bit of fantasy or supernatural elements. less
