review 1: This book was very confusing for me. It was hard to grasp the whole plot. I hated Zan and at first I REALLY hated all of Joy's friends. I got SO SICK of her talking about Zan and non-stop thinking about him. But after their trip, I really began to love Noah and Joy and that was a huge turning point in the story. I mean it was very predictable, but it was so sweet and made the book 89976483939 times better.
review 2: This book was incredibly refreshing. I wasn't expecting it to be that good, but I'm happy it was. I love the writing style of the author!:D I love how the characters were able to evolve in this book and how we were able to see the good and bad side of everyone. The only problems I had with this book were the words like Soccer Lovin' kids and the use... more of ease-men. Also, we weren't given a clear view of what Joy was really like, without Zan or Mattia or Gretel or Noah or anyone for that matter. The story could have been so much longer. I WANT MORE.There needs to be, in my humble opinion, a great, climatic kiss between Noah and JOy.Please.Quote worthy lines in the book:"I believe in love, I just haven't figured it out yet"--Noah"Just because I have a lot of friends, doesn't mean I care about them any less"--Noah" people are more than just cardboard cut-outs"--Joy" You were never really happy with him, it seemed like you were jst happy that he wanted to be with you"----Mattiaand so many more I would classify this as one of the books that I could read over and over and still learn something new every time. less
