review 1: This is a really good story that I hope is the beginning of a series Julian meets and falls in love with Pam but she does not know what he does for a living. This books starts out with a lot of details that make this story interesting once it gets started. Once you get pass all of the info the story gets really good the passion between Pam and Julian burns up the pages. This is a well written by this author and I hope to read more about the Cartel or at least Tex's story. Good job Erosa Knowles loved this book!
review 2: Although I have enjoyed this author other books, this one was a disappointment. The characters and story was just flat to me. This being a crime family story it didn't have me on the edge of my seat anticipating the next event. As for the ro... moremance, there was none. Pam met Julio in the elevator and a week later they were having sex. So this is one of those stories lets have all the sex we can and get to know each other later. I don't want to give away the story in a review, but I just didn't feel this one. less
