review 1: I don’t know what to feel about this book. I am left with quite a few questions. Like who these men are and what is this syndicate that they keep talking about. What went on in Eves past that was so bad, as well as her friends. Why no one knows about Rene’s sister and why every one call Bass Cole by his full name.Seriously I hope that the author is just building the suspense for another book because I really want to know what is going on. Even though I am left with tons of questions if her mission was to get people to read the next book it certainly worked with me. I will be reading it ASAP just to figure out the answers.I see a lot of potential with the characters and started to like them already. And the fact that there are 2 sexy powerful men both vying for the love... more of the same woman promises a great storyline. review 2: I hate to write bad reviews, and it really takes a lot for me to say I dislike a book, but this one I hated from the very beginning to the very end. The book pretty much lacked everything I tend to look for and to top it off I feel like it just didn't make any sense. The two guys that want her obviously have some crazy power, yet it never comes out who they truly are. I would not recommend this book to any of my friends who like to read. less
