review 1: A light-hearted novella length read about a girl who is fascinated by Vampires & has always wanted to date one but has never had the chance, until now. She finds what appears to be the perfect date, and discovers almost too late that he is not what he appears. Luckily, he isn’t the only vampire on the block. It’s something to read for when you want something not too taxing. I really enjoyed it.
review 2: I didn't rate this book right away. I slept on it, and the next day settled on a solid 4 stars. There are parts that can be a bit difficult: the murder-mystery unraveling was weak, and the main character was a bit painful. But this isn't really a murder mystery, and the main character is supposed to be painful. In the end I decided it was a fun read, a page... more turner, and the sex was done right (I cannot handle romance novels where the sex isn't done right). If you like this genre, and you're looking for a quick and fun read, I recommend the book. less
