review 1: Sawyer Beyrouty Master of Disaster The book Master of Disaster was written by Gary Paulsen, and published by Scholastic Inc. in 2010. This book has 102 pages, and it's a fiction. There are three kids who think they are so boring. They have to take care of the neighbors dog. The kids did that then sends one of them off the roof, onto the diving board and into a garbage can of diapers. Then they go dumpster diving at their schools dump. A few days later they went to their grandpas farm and road a bull into a mound of poop. That was the short story about Master of Disaster now I will tell you the detailed story about Master of Disaster. There are three kids Henry, ... moreReed and Riley. One day Reed (who thinks he's boss) calls the men to his locker at lunch. Reed said we are the most boring kids in the school. I got a plan, we go over to are neighbors house and go off their roof into the pool. All three kids agreed and went there after school. They went their neighbors after school and Reed and Riley had to drag Henry up the stairs. They got him geared up and tape his hands to a bike then they pushed Henry out of the window and off the roof. Henry ended up going through a pile of baby diapers. The three boys went to their school an found all the frogs that they dissected and could do a report on. The naughty boys did a few other things when they were dumpster diving, like played with a cat by tying a frog to a stick and teasing the cat. That weekend they went to Reeds grandpas house they road a bull through the cow paster into a lake and Henry caught an alligator. That is the story of Master of Disaster I thought it was really funny and lame at the same time. I think it would be a good book for anyone if they are just reading for fun.
review 2: Another book Brooklyn is supposed to read. This one wasn't bad. It was about 3 12 year old boys who think life is too boring so they create their own adventures. I reminded me of the Great Brain series. It is short and kids would find it pretty funny. I would say the target audience would be 3-5 grade boys. They would love this book & get a lot of the humor, which as a mother, was not quite as funny to me. less
