review 1: A perfect but bittersweet conclusion to an awesome series. I felt that the author handled the love triangle very well and Rachel was not a fickle person emotionally. She understood her situation and clearly knew her priorities. In this book, you see a different side to Drew and understood how his upbringing had molded him into the person he was. Rachel saw the goodness in him and gave him love that he so desperately needed. There were a lot of twists and turns and I found myself not knowing who to trust and what were their real intentions.
review 2: This will be my first review on good reads and that is because this book was amazing. I read all 3 in 2 days forgoing all family time because I could not step away. This series took us through the ups and downs a
... morend itplayed in my mind like a movie. From beginning to end I was entangled within their stories. I have never read a book that made me have the infamous "ugly cry" but succeeded. I cried so much I had to cook and clean to distract myself. I was always Team Drew but Alex grew on me tremendously just for the man he was. I fell in love with them both myself and I could not blame Rachel for being so torn in between. I was so heartbroken about what happened to Drew but by the end I was overjoyed that they still had each other. The family grew stronger out of all the trials and tribulations they endured as a family. Okay im through because my eyes are watering up again, thank you for this story it touched me in ways I can not explain in words. less
