review 1: 3.75 Stars for me. I enjoyed to book but it lacked the charm of the first two. It greatly improved in the last few chapters but the book was a bit too introspective for me. I missed the humor and the banter that the first two had for me. The characters were wonderful but the charmed that was there for the main characters was forced until the end. Still a great book in the series and a series I will continue to read. review 2: I enjoyed this third book from the series. This is the story of Tyse and Sarah. Tyse is a newcomer to the McCallan family. He meets Sarah on the street and is instantly taken by her. Sarah is weary of any McCallan because her family has a not so good history with them. She really gets on my nerves by not giving Tyse a chance. She jud... moreges him by his name not by who he is. Tyse is a wonderful hero. He always fights for who he loves. We get to reunite with the characters from the first two books. I think my favorite character is, F***tard, the bird. I laugh out loud whenever he is in a scene. I detest the elder McCallans. I thought I would like the grandfather, but I found myself wanting to punch him. No cliffhanger. Dual point of views. I hope we get more from this series. less
