review 1: I truly want to like the author's writings. I read the descriptions for her books and immediately am intrigues enough to try a sample and then buy it to read the rest. I've now read a few of her series and both times I'm disappointed after the sample. The males are usually alpha and mysterious - love that! It's the heroines I grow frustrated with and want to have more maturity and less goofiness. I really think this is due to my age - late 30s (oy) - and I'm looking for something different to take me away from the realities of my everyday life. I have read a lot of Young Adult genre books and for my tastes it's hit and miss. They usually tend to be a very young woman (18-21) as the genre clearly captures. Where it makes a hit/miss for me is how mature she is compared t... moreo our hero. Unfortunately for this series, it wasn't quite right for me. I don't discourage others to read this story as everyone has different opinions and tastes as we grow and age.
review 2: I Liked It! Something about a man with money.:)" He gazed into my eyes. "A love like ours transcends time, it transcends life itself. A love like ours can be felt in the heavens . It makes the angels laugh and the devils cry. It makes the thunders roar and the rain weep. It makes the sun`s ray warm and the snowflakes melt. A love like ours is something that people search a lifetime for but never ever get. A love like ours is worth giving your life for." WOW! " Harry Bradley " was nice. :) less
