review 1: Once again, I just love how bad ass Misaki is!! She is seriously so fabulous I can't get over her greatness.So... Soutarou Kanou is a stud! Haha! I like that nerdy, dark, mysterious guy look. I hope he'll be making appearances in the remaining volumes because I do enjoy him a lot.I'm also very happy the manga-ka jokes about the fact that Usui is perfect at everything and also shows up at every convenient moment. At least she's admitting she's making him ridiculous XD Lol!I really love this series a lot and I'm sad its a Tokyopop series because it'll never be finished now :-( And that's the worst part about Tokyopop going out of business... a lot of great manga series are now left hanging and I doubt any other company will pick up a series in the middle (even though they'd ... morebe stupid not to)*Sigh* but for now, I'll enjoy this series while I can!
review 2: I like this series, it makes me laugh. In this volume of Maid Sama Kanou is trying to brain wash Misaki into hating Usui. If she falls asleep she may wake up hating him. Will Usui be able to keep her awake so she doesn't end up hating him or will she end up falling asleep. Another chapter has the school hosting an open house trying to get more students to come to the school. In this wacky chapter you have Usui being told he has to help in all of the sports so the teams look good, and Kanou ends has to help out at the cafe. Also in this volume you have crew from the Cafe heading to the beach to help with a restaurant on the beach. How will this group end up helping the restaurant have customers come in. There is also a volleyball competition to see who will win to become the beach princess. You would have to read this volume to find out There is an extra at the end that is quiet a different fantasy story involving hunting a Ogre, a ring master, and the 3 idiots as a dog, monkey and a pheasant. less
