review 1: This did exactly what it said on the box – it's a fun, fluffy, light and sexy read.I also loved that it wasn't an insta-love story and there is still loads of room for development in the sequel.Could there have been a bit more exploration of the issue of two previously straight boys questioning their sexuality and the challenge of being gay in the military? Well, yes, but I think this just isn't that type of book.Sometimes you just want two hot military boys who are having fun experimenting. And even though "Maritime Men" was short, I immediately took to the two MCs and can't wait to read more about them.

... moreoved this book though. And one thing I liked was how Coop and Eli treated the budding relationship. It was not the typical freak out about liking a guy and sleeping with a woman. Both characters were good. They each had something that I liked about them. And they both sounded really hot. I enjoyed their friendship and then mutual attraction. All in all this was a really nice short story. Janey Chapel has written the beginning to what I hope can be a wonderful series :) less
