review 1: I loved this book and I swear as soon as I began reading it I could see Disney making a movie about it. What a cute story! Nancy is a young woman trying to make it to the USA to be a singer but when she believes a mysterious music manager she finds herself sex trafficked to North America. Then as they were crossing the ocean the boat sinks! Now she has been enslaved to the ocean king until her body is found or she is saved.
review 2: I liked this book because the storyline is different than most ghost stories. The main character is very likeable and the story keeps you drawn in to see how she gets saved. I've never read anything by this author before and I think I will check out more titles from him because I enjoyed this book. I recommend it to anyone who like... mores a good romance or ghost story. It's not too long so it's a good read. less
