review 1: This was a maybe book for me, there was something about the blurb that sort of interested me, however it work out in a good way for me. After 50 pages I gave up. I did like the security company and what they did, loved how Liam dealt with his new potential client. However the client turned me off of the story. I have a hard time believing that someone important as Devon would show up dressed how she did or act how she did. In the end, this one just wasn't for me. review 2: I did not have the easiest time getting into the story. Everything built up really slowly and was quick to let it down if that makes sense. The world was interesting but nothing that really made me go wow. Both characters on their own were ok but there was something off about them togeth... moreer. I can't put my finger on exactly what their relationship was missing but there was something that didn't sell me on them. The ending was meh. Definitely something you should grab at the library if you feel you must read it. less
