review 1: I like Jennifer Love Hewitt, and one of the things I liked about the book was that her personality shone through her writing. She's funny and adorable and a lot of that was expressed in the book. Her insights on men and women were interesting and eye opening. She even gave a little inside on her workout regime, which I plan on trying soon.What I enjoyed most about this book was that it wasn't biased - JLH focuses on the perspective on both men and women. And that the main points in the book was that we should build relationships with ourselves before with others - which I find extremely important. I also love how open she is so open in this book. Like, I would never admit that I sometimes go to jewelry stores and try on my dream engagement ring. Or that I want to be BFFs w... moreith Lauren Conrad. So, it's more than just self help book, it's also an inside to JLH's love life without specific details.
review 2: All of you people who have done nothing but put Jennifers work down an spoke nothing but bad criticism I think you all should sit down. Jennifer is not a writer, she is an actor and if she wants to make a cute and quirky book then let her do it. I quite enjoyed her little advice and her little "pick me up" lines. It might be written as a 15 year old love life but if she made another one I'd read it. I also loved that her new boyfriend put his two sense in about how men love curves and not little toothpicks :) I give 4 stars less
