review 1: Good installment in the Murder She Wrote Series. Jessica Fletcher doesn't know much about the world of country music, but she finds herself embroiled in a Nashville murder mystery when a young girl from Cabbot Cove is accused of murdering a music producer who stole her song.I love reading these stories because it's nice to see them narrated from a first person perspective, and get into Jessica's head so to speak. The author does a great job with the character, and it continues the fun of the television show.
review 2: In Nashville Noir, Jessica Fletcher goes to Nashville to help Cindy beat a murder wrap. Cindy, who lives in Cabot Cove but was sent to Nashville by a Cabot Cove group to hone her singing skills, is accused of murdering a music mogul. The motive-... morethe mogul stole one of Cindy's songs and gave it to an up and coming country star to record. Jessica, feeling that Cindy needs a familiar face, heads to Nashville to help clear Cindy's name....and, surprise!! She does!I love the Murder, She Wrote television shows, even after all these years. The books are very similar to the show. The books are definitely "formula" books,, but still a fun read. Great summer reads as they murder plots are easy to follow. less
