review 1: I don't normally like vampire books but I loved this one! I would definitely recommend this book to anyone that likes books about vampires or liked Julie Kagawa's other books. This book had me on the edge of my seat chapter after chapter and kept me thinking about it long after I had finished the book. I only have good things to say about this book and have no complaints. I loved the main character, Allie, and all of the character she came in contact with. Julie Kagawa takes vampires to a whole new level with "The Blood of Eden" series and I cannot wait to read the rest of this series :)
review 2: i started this book so many times before finally sitting down and reading it, honestly, this didn't take me long to read. I am in love with this book. It took me onl... morey 20 or so pages before I was hooked on the book so immensely that I could quite literally not put it down until I had finished it! The story was amazing, we've all read vampire stories previously but this is something so amazingly different. I fell in love with the characters so easily, Julie Kagawa did an awesome job of creating a world that is so easily addictive! I am so excited to get the remaining books in the series and see where Allie's story goes. I'm am an enormous fan of Julie's work now! less
