review 1: WELLLLLL! THIS IS A VERY SEXUALLY DESCRIPTIVE BOOK. WHEN I CHOSE THIS BOOK I DID NOT KNOW IT WAS SET IN ENGLAND. I PROBABLY WOULDN'T HAVE GOT IT. SOME OF IT WAS KIND OF HARD TO UNDERSTAND BECAUSE ENGLAND'S DEFFINITION FOR CERTAIN THINGS ARE NOT THE SAME AS HERE IN AMERICA. SOME I KNEW OR SORT OF FIQUIRED IT OUT. I HAVE HAD TO DO THIS WITH OTHER BOOKS AND I REALLY DIDN'T LIKE DOING THAT. THIS BOOK IS NOT FOR PEOPLE WHO DON'T UNDERSTAND OR CARE FOR THE BDSM SCENE. I FIND IT INTERESTING THAT SOME PEOPLE ACTUALLY DO PARTICIPATE IN THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR. IF YOU READ TRY TO MAINTAIN AN OPEN MIND AND REMEMBER TO EACH HIS OWN. WHAT GOES ON BETWEEN TWO OR MORE CONSENTING ADULTS IS JUST THAT BETWEEN THEM. I DON'T HATE OR JUDGE THEM.
review 2: Fifty shades of Grey..
... more. HAHA… Why is everyone raving about that series, while there is much better written erotica available? Meeting her Match from Justine Elyot stands out on almost every point from Fifty Shades of Grey.Besides the descriptive and hot erotic scenes, this book was actually enjoyable to read. Where most BDSM novels go to the extreme and truly rampage the main characters, this book is different. The main characters are people like you and me, who are having a normal life. What they want is some excitement beyond what they perceive as being boring sex. This book is not just hard-core erotica, as there is a storyline that includes some romance. Cherry has also an interesting and humoristic personality, and combining that with BDSM, regular people, and romance makes this into a unique book. That by itself is extraordinary, as it seems the Kindle Erotica genre is currently flooded by crappy written novellas. This book is a great composition, and I could not find any grammar or spelling errors. It looks like the author has put a lot of effort into making this book be great quality. Even the cover is fantastic. If you liked Fifty Shades of Grey, you will like this book better, I guarantee. There is no tedious repetition in Meeting Her Match, and all the writers tricks that are used in similar books were not needed, as the story sells itself. I read it in one sitting, and was pleasantly amazed by the twists and turns in the story. less
