review 1: This was such a sweet story. It's about a handsome, rich guy who bets on this BBW in a charity auction when she thought no one would bet on her. Garrett is unbelievable sweet and genuinely cares for Bailey. I love how he is trying to show her how beautiful she is, inside and out. He really likes her for her and it is touching when he tries to help her. I like this story a lot and can't wait to see Bailey and Garrett grow together.
review 2: I understand this is short, so things have to move quickly, but a surprise session with his shrink as a way of working through all the baggage in a page and a half so we can get to the sexytimes and still wrap this up by page 32? Especially when it wasn't even apparent that he even felt he had baggage? Yeah. No. Mia was angr... morey and unlikeable, not damaged, Garret just flat and uninteresting. It is possible to develop meaningful characters in 40 pages, but it didn't happen here. Will not be reading the other instalments in this series. less
