review 1: This month I read Steve Jobs the man who thought different by Karen Blumenthal. Steve Jobs the man who thought different is about steve jobs's life and how he came to be what he was, which was an inspiration to all people. This story starts out with Steve being adopted as a kid. In school Steve went through the motions even though he was advanced. In high school he and his best friend Steve Wozniak dropped out of high school to build computers their parents garages, and that is where apple was created. This book shows the growth of Steve jobs while showing the growth of his company Apple and at the same time how he got Apple to where it is today…. the leading technology company in the world. Steve had ideas that people said weren't possible but if it wasn't for Steves ou... moretside of the box thinking the technology world wouldn't be what it is today. Steve was a perfectionist he was very critical and in some moments he wasn't the nicest guy, their was one part in the book where he was working on a computer an he got the final product and he sent it back to the workers for a different color, that is an example of how critical Steve was and that is the reason his products soured to the top. This book was one of the better books I have read this year. This book was very clear and straight to the point I wasn't confused with any part of this book. This book shows Steve Jobs's life from his childhood to his Apple CEO years while showing the growth of his company Apple, which I thought was pretty cool. I can relate to this book because even I have an Apple computer, iphone, ipad, and ipod which were just ideas in Steve Jobs's head. Steve jobs died on October 5th 2011 and will always remembered for changing the personal computing world as it is today.
review 2: Steve Jobs was adopted. He always was interested in engineering. That is how he started APPLE. Steve was a real trouble kid and curious kid. He put a bobby pin a electrical outlet that got him to the hospital because of a burned hand. He also got ant poison and got into the hospital to get his stomach pumped. He was so curious. Apple was created by Steve. He came up with Apple in his garage. When this company got bigger, Steve fired himself from Apple so he can take a break, and to find himself. He created NeXT, but it didn't work out. So Apple bought NeXT, and Steve became the CEO again for Apple. He started having kids with his wife. Then Steve found out he had cancer, but a rare kind of cancer. He didn't do anything about it. When it started to get serious and spread throughout his body, he needed to get surgery. He needed to get surgery in Tennessee. When he got there. The cancer has spread more throughout his body do there was no point of the surgery on some of his organ. So Steve stopped eating and lost his energy. He went back to Apple and started to work on the iPhone. It came out a few months later, then the iPad. Then Steve Jobs died in 2011 at the age of 56. He changed a lot for our world In technology. February 24, 1955- October 5, 2011. less
