review 1: wonderful wonderful...... in all honesty I've never read so many F words hahahahaha I love this series every single moment had me captivated. I never wanted to put the book away. Lots of blood and gore it was almost scary to me the way most of these guys would do what they do and not have any remorse for it, But it's nice to know the broken can always be put together, weather it by glue or string. "outlaw" is one scary motha and "Johnnie" is the one trying to still hold everything together, when shit's hitting the fan. I hope you guys enjoy this book as much as I did.
review 2: This one had me thinking. How much can one person handle?Both Kendall and Johnnie go through stuff that would have "killed"in real life. It was ugly,dark,&painful -with a little humor th... morerown in. Kendall is a enigma. I had a tough time believing she's a lawyer with all the bad decisions makes. The fact that she starts out with a guy like Spoon tells it all. Maybe I'm being too hard on her. She is blackmailed into most of her bad decisions,threatened to be killed, and horribly abused. She has real self esteem/ image problems, mainly from dealing with Spoon and her mother's treatment?Johnnie is a hard nut to crack too. He's in the club,out the club,pinning away for one woman& drawn to another-both so different. I loved the heart to heart with Johnnie & Christopher at the end. Johnnie has finally taken Megan off that perfect woman pedestal. He becomes a man, and owns up to his mistakes. He still has work to do, but he's on the right track. There are so many tough things in this book, I've had to have processing time to recover from it. Their lives are so fast that they never have time to deal with all the tragedy. Chris says it is a coping mechanism but my goodness, it's like there's disaster at every turn. Don't get me wrong, I'm a doom and gloom lover- but wow. Even with all that said, I liked this book and definitely plan to read Misbehavior and I can't wait for Mortician's story. less
